I opened my agency in 1992 and have proudly served our community as a State Farm agent for over 30 years. We’re a close-knit team of three, and we take a lot of pride in providing a consistent, reliable experience for every customer who trusts us with their insurance needs.

Giving back is important to us, and our team volunteers a couple times each year with the Arkansas Food Bank Network to support families in our community. For our team, we offer PTO, health, dental, and vision benefits, along with licensing reimbursement. Our office culture is centered around taking great care of people — we’re customer-focused, service-driven, and committed to doing things the right way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andre Pendleton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
